TIPS: Try a backbend on the wall. just walk your hands down until you touch the floor. You can also walk you hands up to get up from it.
If you have mastered on the wall try it on a couch like halfway. Keep your feet on the floor with you back facing the part you sit down on the couch and lean until your hands hit the couch!
